1. Introduction<\/h2>\nWelcome to energyConnect<\/strong>, the digital platform operated by energyConnect SNC<\/strong> (UID: CHE\u2011169.218.354<\/strong>, based in 3960 Sierre, Switzerland), facilitating the connection between project holders and certified service providers in energy efficiency, including CECB, CECB+, Minergie certifications, thermal assessments, and related services.\n

2. Acceptance of Terms<\/h2>\nBy accessing or registering on energyConnect<\/strong>, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Use in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.\n

3. User Accounts<\/h2>\n

3.1 Account Registration<\/h3>\nTo access platform features, both project holders and service providers must register with accurate and up-to-date personal and professional information.\n

3.2 Account Responsibility<\/h3>\nEach user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and activities under their account. Unauthorized access must be reported immediately to energyConnect<\/strong>.\n

4. Platform Usage<\/h2>\n

4.1 Project Posting<\/h3>\nProject holders may post project requests specifying their needs. All information provided must be truthful and accurate. energyConnect<\/strong> reserves the right to moderate or remove content.\n

4.2 Offers from Service Providers<\/h3>\nService providers may submit offers including service descriptions, prices, and proposed timelines. Offers must comply with applicable laws and must reflect reality.\n\nAll offers and prices submitted via the platform are considered exclusive of VAT (HT).<\/strong> VAT will be applied separately where required.\n

4.3 Order Validation and Invoicing<\/h3>\nOnce an offer is accepted by a project holder, a service order is validated on the platform, creating a direct contractual relationship between the project holder and the service provider. energyConnect<\/strong> does not process payments or issue invoices on behalf of providers.\n

4.4 Service Timeline<\/h3>\nThe delivery timeline is defined in the offer submitted by the service provider and validated by the project holder.\n

5. Commissions & Billing<\/h2>\n

5.1 Commission Structure<\/h3>\nenergyConnect<\/strong> applies a service commission to each offer accepted via the platform, payable by the service provider. The commission is calculated as follows:\n
